Sales and Marketing Specialist

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Retirement plan sales administration support including prospect data collection, setting up prospects in our CRM system, creating service agreements and scheduling meetings
  • Generating retirement plan design illustrations using Excel
  • Proactive email and phone follow-up with prospects, industry partners and centers of influence
  • Maintaining and updating our marketing database
  • Managing supply and distribution of marketing materials
  • Other sales administration and marketing support tasks as assigned
